British Holiday Postcards support is provided through Orbitalbiz.

To help us understand the problem, please include as much useful information as you can, such as:

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Apple ID credentials, Google Account passwords or other sensitive authentication information.

The public Web/PWA version of British Holiday Postcards provides Visitor access without requiring an account or sign-in.

Visitors can explore the Topics, view the available postcard selection and use temporary Favorites during the current visit.

Visitor Favorites are session-based and may disappear if the page is reloaded, the browser tab is closed or the visit ends.

Full Access is intended to unlock the complete British Holiday Postcards collection and persistent Favorites in the mobile App.

Full Access is planned as a one-time purchase with no subscription.

Mobile App purchases will be processed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Orbitalbiz does not receive or process your payment-card details directly.

Questions about charges, store billing or refunds may sometimes need to be handled through Apple or Google under their applicable store policies.

Final purchase-support wording may be refined when native purchasing is implemented.

The mobile App is intended to support restoration of a previous Full Access purchase where this is supported by Apple or Google.

The exact Restore Purchases process will be documented here when native purchasing is completed.

Web/PWA Visitors can use Favorites during their current browsing session.

These temporary Visitor Favorites are not permanently stored and may disappear when the visit ends.

Full Access in the mobile App is intended to provide persistent Favorites.

The mobile App will be available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
