When Contacting Support
To help us understand the problem, please include as much useful information as you can, such as:
- whether you are using the Web/PWA, iPhone/iPad or Android version;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- the device and browser you were using where relevant;
- any error message you saw.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Apple ID credentials, Google Account passwords or other sensitive authentication information.
Web & PWA
The public Web/PWA version of British Holiday Postcards provides Visitor access without requiring an account or sign-in.
Visitors can explore the Topics, view the available postcard selection and use temporary Favorites during the current visit.
Visitor Favorites are session-based and may disappear if the page is reloaded, the browser tab is closed or the visit ends.
Full Access
Full Access unlocks the complete British Holiday Postcards collection, persistent Favorites and the ability to send postcards by email.
Full Access is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
Purchases
Full Access purchases are made on the website and processed securely by Paddle.
Orbitalbiz does not receive or process your payment-card details directly.
Questions about charges, billing or refunds can be raised through Paddle under their applicable purchase policies, or by contacting us.
Restore Purchases
Full Access can be restored on any browser using the email address used at purchase. A short verification code is emailed to you — no password or account is needed.
Favorites
Web/PWA Visitors can use Favorites during their current browsing session.
These temporary Visitor Favorites are not permanently stored and may disappear when the visit ends.
Full Access provides persistent Favorites.
Full Access Purchase
Full Access is purchased directly on the website as a one-time purchase — no app download is required.
